The bags design splits the bag into two compartments. The front pocket is designed to hold your meter and testing equipment, and peripherals like needles and test strips. The back pocket is designed to hold a cold gel along with your injection pens. It has an insulating lining to maintain constant temperature. This guarantees the insulin is kept cool even in summer.
