A worldwide premiere, the first industrial cervical collar manufactured with a new moulding method called co-moulding which unite two different materials: one semi-rigid and structural, the other soft and comfortable. Materials with an exceptional resistance put together, in order to give life to a collar that, unlike other collars existing on the market, does not have any mechanical fixation between the two components.

Nec Up was born and developed in order to reduce problems regarding supplies and stocks, making the work of emergency personnel easier, thanks to the possibilities of size adjustment to many different patients. If it is not possible, for space. or budget related reasons to equip a rescue team with a kit of various collars of various sizes, Nec Up is the high-tech answer that guarantees cervical stability for traumatised patients.

The adult model fits four sizes: Small, medium, large, extra large.

The paediatric fits three sizes: Small, medium and large.
